Built to be lightweight, precise, and effortless to use, Volume Master lets you amplify sound far beyond the limits of your browser or operating system, up to five times the original volume.
We created Volume Master for those moments when audio just is not loud enough. Whether you are watching a quiet interview, listening to a low volume lecture, or struggling to hear someone on a video call, Volume Master instantly boosts sound without requiring downloads, plugins, or system level changes.
Under the hood, Volume Master uses the Web Audio API to enhance audio directly in your browser. By intercepting audio from video and audio elements on a page and applying a GainNode, it multiplies the signal in real time. The result is a seamless boost that works across nearly every site with embedded media, including YouTube, Twitch, Spotify Web, Netflix, SoundCloud, and many more.
We focused on giving you precise and responsive control. With a range from 0% to 500%, you can fine tune the exact volume level that works for you. Audio updates instantly as you adjust the slider, so there is no delay or guesswork. If you prefer exact values, you can enter a specific percentage manually or use quick presets like 50%, 100%, 150%, 200%, and 300%.
Volume Master is also designed to adapt to how you browse. By default, your chosen volume applies across all tabs, but you can easily switch to per tab mode for independent control. Your settings persist as you navigate within a tab, so you do not have to keep readjusting as you move between pages.
We paid close attention to design as well. Volume Master features a clean, modern interface with smooth interactions, optional light and dark themes, and subtle motion that respects reduced motion preferences. It is built to feel natural and unobtrusive while still providing powerful functionality.
As with all our tools, privacy and simplicity come first. Volume Master has no ads, no tracking, and no accounts. Everything runs locally in your browser, and nothing is collected or sent anywhere.
