Atlas Update #2

We’re excited to share another important update to Elesari Atlas, focused on strengthening security, improving system reliability, and refining core platform features. This release builds on our previous foundation and continues our commitment to a secure, stable, and user centered infrastructure platform.

Implemented two-factor authentication (TOTP)

We have added support for time based one time password (TOTP) two factor authentication, bringing an additional layer of security to all user accounts. This system requires users to verify their identity using a rotating code generated by an authenticator app, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized access.

With TOTP enabled, account security is no longer dependent solely on passwords. Even if credentials are compromised, access remains protected by the second verification factor. The setup process is designed to be simple and fast, while still maintaining strong cryptographic security standards. This improvement reinforces Atlas as a platform built with security first principles at its core.

Improved encryption for files

We have upgraded file encryption across Atlas to provide stronger protection for stored data. Files are now processed using improved encryption methods that enhance confidentiality and ensure that sensitive information remains secure at rest.

This upgrade improves how files are handled internally, making storage more resilient against unauthorized access while maintaining system performance. Encryption is now more consistent across different file types and use cases, ensuring that all stored assets benefit from the same high level of protection.

Improved encryption for user data

In addition to file security, we have also enhanced encryption for user data across the platform. Sensitive user information is now protected using stronger and more refined encryption practices, ensuring higher resistance against potential vulnerabilities.

This improvement strengthens Atlas’s overall privacy architecture by ensuring that personal and system related data is securely stored and processed. The encryption layer has been optimized to maintain both security and performance, ensuring that enhanced protection does not come at the cost of usability or speed.

Improved feedback and inbox system

We have significantly improved the feedback and inbox system to create a more responsive and organized communication experience. Messages, feedback submissions, and system responses are now handled more efficiently, with better structure and clearer visibility.

Users can now track incoming responses and system updates in a more streamlined inbox interface. Feedback submissions are also processed more effectively, ensuring faster acknowledgment and improved internal routing. This enhancement helps create a stronger communication loop between users and the Atlas platform.

Improved maintenance mode

We have refined maintenance mode to make system downtime handling more transparent and controlled. Maintenance pages are now more informative and structured, providing clearer communication about system status during updates or scheduled downtime.

This improvement ensures that users have a better understanding of system availability and expected resolution timelines. Maintenance mode now behaves more predictably across different parts of the platform, reducing confusion and improving overall system reliability during updates.
